Technology presents us with an opportunity to create a tool that helps teachers in making the right choice of learning websites. It encourages us to actively think of the motivational benefits of a learning website and help in avoiding situations where websites with little pedagogical value are used. The tool does not claim to be 100% accurate. User input and the fact that motivation is difficult to measure are important and influential factors. The tool serves to encourage active thought and to guide teachers in choosing a learning website.
